All CTR Soccer lesson planning, instruction, player evaluating, and program development originates from and aligns with the US Soccer curriculum. 

All CTR Staff are required to prepare daily lesson plans for training sessions and games and all plans should be with them in their CTR Soccer binder. With a training staff of 30 licensed trainers and coaches, CTR Soccer is one of the largest and most diverse soccer training companies in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties. 

Our coaching experience and areas of expertise cover all levels and abilities of the game, from recreation and beginner level programs to the highest and most competitive levels of travel soccer. 

Our staff has experience playing collegiately and professionally. Our staff includes coaches with national and state cup championships. And our staff includes many educators and teachers who understand education and instruction.
