NOTE: All sessions are 60 minutes and initial purchase of training requires a minimum of five sessions. Should you wish to continue training, sessions can be purchased in packages of three after the initial five are completed.
NOTE: These rates do NOT include facility rental fees for indoor small group and private training. Winter training cost will be adjusted to include our facility fee.
